Scott - you have officially come unglued - but I would be lying if I said I wasn't jealous. So to help out your endevour - you can crash on my couch any time - just can't string together more than four nights in a row because then I will be an "enabler" and besides there are not that many brewery's in Buffalo.
I will recommend the following - Flying Bison - Buffalo NY (maybe I can come with you) - they make an "Aviator Red" that is amazing.
and - Lake Placid Brewery - Lake Placid NY - they make an "Ubu" that is delicious.
